Technicien
Location: Roissy en France - Aéroport Charles de Gaulle.
Work hours: 7 hours/day and 35 hours/week
We are currently seeking a number of Technicians to work as part of an End-User Services team supporting an airline company in Roissy en France (IDF) at Charles de Gaulle Airport.
As a Technician, you need to have:
Hardware skills:
- Workstation and mobility tools, tablets, smartphones, etc.
- Kiosk hardware support
- Apple Tablet support
- Lenovo Tablet Support
- Lenovo PC/Laptop ->Hardware support
- Laptop/PC install Support
Technical skills:
- Subject Matter Expert
By domain/technology:
- Outlook/Notes
- Skype
- Yammer
- Office365, etc.
- Mobile operating system (IOS, Android)
- Notes to Exchange migration
- End User Support of Outlook
- End User Support of Lotus Notes
- Microsoft Business Productivity Online Suite MS Office 365
Other Skills:
- Experience in a system of Kiosk support
- Excellent communication and presentation,
- Fluent English AND French
