Job Description:
1) Experience 5-10 years or 10 + years/Mid-Level or Senior
2) Experience in carrying out 2 or more major Agile Transformation engagements
3) Helped projects/programs/organizations to overcome big transformation challenges,
4) Coached both Agile teams and their management
5) Have created high performing teams to adopt and sustain Agile methods and practices
6) Must have proven experience to handle multiple teams
7) Leadership skills to motivate and align teams towards the Agile way.
8) Agile coach must be a Certified Scrum Coach either by the Scrum Alliance or by any reputed organization
9) Strong knowledge of SAFe principles, practices, and roles. SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) is desirable.
10) Good working knowledge of the concepts, principles, and practices involved in
a. Continuous Delivery
b. Continuous Integration
c. QA Automation
d. Test Driven Development
e. Value Stream Mapping
11) Proficient at leading meetings with different audiences (senior management, technical & business Teams) and driving next steps.
12) Experience managing risk and issues across different work streams using a ROAM model:
a. Resolved
b. Owned
c. Accepted
d. Managed
