Scrum Master (Backbase product) Contract 6-12 months.
My client a leading global name is in urgent need of a number of talented and experienced Scrum Masters to join a large digital platform project for a contract 6-12 months. This position is for working as a part of a Digital Banking implementation team for a leading European bank. It is based out of Dublin and is a customer facing role.
As a Scrum Master within the Banking Consulting Group of my clients group, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of the digital banking program for a large European bank. You will have 8-10 years of commercial experience, having implemented digital banking implementation projects for banks & Financial Institutions globally. Experience in Backbase (a market leading product) implementation for digital banking/transformation using the agile methodology is essential for this role.
As an integral part of my clients banking team, the person will be responsible for planning & delivering the overall program for the client from Business, IT operations & infrastructure perspective. The various responsibilities for the person will include: Planning & implementing Omni/Multi-channel Transformation programs (Mobile, Online and Branch operations) using the agile delivery methodology. Conducting sprint planning, stand up meetings, ensure completion, review & updating of product backlogs, assess, review & mitigate risks. You will Co-ordinate overall program with stakeholders from all teams & report program delivery scorecard with status and risk management plan. It will be expected that you agree upon the Objectives and the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to be delivered with the product owners.
Successful candidates will have 8-10 years of overall IT experience including preferably 5-10 years of IT experience of implementing digital banking programs for Banks and Financial Services institutions. Backbase product implementation experience will be preferable.You will have hands on experience and a good understanding of agile software development methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban agile etc. Candidates will have experience of working on Project Management tools, Microsoft Office, Visio, etc.
