Business Analysts for Process design and implementation - Banking - Copenhagen.

Business Analyst as part of the FCCP (Financial Crime Change Programme), the project will ensure alignment to the Global Financial Crime Standards - Transaction Monitoring by designing and implementing strategic automated and manual transaction monitoring processes and methodologies that includes:
* End to end processes to effectively perform and manage automated and manual transaction monitoring consisting of
(i) scenario development and optimization for automated monitoring or
(ii) manual monitoring where automated monitoring is not applicable or appropriate; including control and assurance processes, and key roles and responsibilities
* A global portfolio of TM controls and scenarios aligned to the Bank's financial crime risks

You will report to the Project Manager and take the role as a Business Analyst on the Transaction Monitoring Process Implemenation project.
You will work with project team and multiple stakeholders, and using your experience and insights will gain an understanding the current process, structures, operations, policies etc to design and implement new processes.
Your responsibilities will include discovery of current state, gathering requirements from different sources, designing new processes, process documentation, implementation of processes designed and embedding them successfully into Business.

In addition to business analysis and process implementation, you provide support to the PM in successful delivery of the project milestones through tracking and reporting progress, supporting project documentation, maintaining RAID logs, setting up workshops and sessions.

Required: Large complex global organisation
Required: Financial services industry experience
Required: Knowledge and understanding of AML and Transaction Monitoring
Preferred: Experience in Process design and implementation

Professional knowledge and experiences

* Experienced and strong business analyst with proven results of working on large complex change and transformation projects
* Experience, knowledge and understanding of AML, Transaction monitoring (TM) controls, AML risks.
* Experience and working knowledge of all aspects of process design and implementation (including definition of roles and responsibilities, process gap assessment, process implementation planning)
* Proven ability to confidently work with and influence senior stakeholders and business partners and ability to work across all business areas and regions
* Strong business analysis skills and analytical thinking
* Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills, interpersonal skills and dealing with stakeholders at all levels
* Minimum of 8 years of Financial Services Industry experience, and 5 years of relevant experience
