Reports to – Head, Project Supervision
Job Summary
Provides expert consultation in architecture. Responsible for planning, supervision and coordination of design and construction projects from space programming to completion. Manages, directs, coordinates and monitors actives in the selection of architecture.
Roles and Responsibilities
Communicates with hospital departments at various levels to discuss and identify needs and requirements
Evaluate design projects
Review design concepts and perform final checks on all projects documents ensuring compliance with all recognized standards.
Conducts on-site inspections of work in process, to ensure compliance with all recognised standards and contracts specifications.
Ensures projects are executed according to structural specifications, approved shop drawings and approved materials.
Performs progress monitoring and quality assurance reviews inspects completed works
Assists in resolving complex technical problems and coordinates problem resolution
Supervises construction when requires
Monitors contractors payments and initiates negotiate and prepare change orders.
