Key tasks and deliverables
Develop an Agency Spending Review Business Planning process by developing a project plan for delivery. Collaborate with Blueprint and I&A teams to develop a multi-year scenario model, providing financial expertise, to support that process, integrating business as usual resources; revaluation activity, and the costs and savings from a multi year change Transformation programme. Develop a multi-year cost attribution model which will enable negotiations with funding departments to support their SR planning.
