Design Environment EngineerI'm looking for a Design Environment Engineer in Eindhoven,NL.

Duties & Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities:
As a Design Environment Engineer you ensure that all parts of the design flow are aligned and can be exercised reliably and efficiently. You contribute to the design flow definition and development. You implement the changes required to innovate our Design Environment in alignment with the design flow architects and end-users in a Reference Design Flow. You specify requirements set by the Reference Design Flow towards Design Kits and design IP (libraries) and align these with our (internal) suppliers of Kits and IP. You build prototypes and demonstrators that provide proof of concept for your deliverables into the Reference Design Flow. You pro-actively look for new opportunities to innovate and improve productivity of the design community and actively contribute to their introduction and deployment. You contribute to qualification of the Reference Design Flow and deployment of the flow to the design community. You participate in the root cause analysis team to identify design flow issues in the product design and to provide a solution or workaround. You develop and maintain a broad knowledge of technical developments in your area of expertise by means of study, technical contacts, on the job learning and tool evaluations and benchmarks. You act as a coach/mentor for colleagues where appropriate. Technical participation as appropriate in (external) meetings with customers/partners/vendors as the department/group representative.

Candidate Skills & Requirements
skills:
You hold a BSc or MSc degree in Electrical Engineering or you have an equivalent degree and additionally can demonstrate proficiency in electrical engineering on the basis of years of experience.
> 5 years skills: You have 3+ years experience with EDA tooling with respect to digital Back End design, low power design with CPF and physical verification, preferable with Cadence tooling. Affinity with and knowledge of Mixed-Signal flow is a big plus.
