Contribute to segment sales growth leading to strategic/tactical advantage for the respected long-term marketing leadership position in the industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide staff level business analytics functions of normal to mid range complexity, which support business processes.
  • Support achievement of the annual Business Plan by acting as point of contact for the Voice of the Customer/Dealer and provide support in generating strategic recommendations that help achieve both the short-term and long-term initiatives of these plans supporting all products.
  • Offer assistance to the regions through value added activities.
  • Support on-going reporting process on a monthly basis.
  • Work with data providers and departments to ensure timely submission of business results and data in the stipulated time period, validating and consolidating data so as to generate accurate reports on a timely fashion for each month.
  • Support and Communicate reporting timeline by working with each data provider.
  • Support and implement changes to reporting.
  • Help manage changes to metrics definition as required.
  • Business Analytics/Metrics Reporting.
  • Analyze business metrics including: PINS, POPS, and various dealer metrics Model sales opportunities in various stages of the product life cycle.
  • Provide sales projections and profitability analysis.
  • Participate in the creation ad hoc financial modelling and strategic financial analyses to monitor performance and identify key improvement or market opportunities.
  • Help elaborate and monitor annual Business Plan using established corporate processes.
  • Update Financial Accountability results every month.
  • Demand Management/Forecasting.
  • Facilitate the coordination with Sales Operations -CRM to improve and maintain new processes for ensuring forecasting accuracy.
  • Assist in the development and implementation end to end forecasting processes to better meet customer and internal demands and expectations.
  • Supports his/her supervisor in the management of long- term five and ten year machine forecast and engages market in analysis Conducts shorter term 12-24 monthly forecasting reporting.
  • Utilize Order Board to keep apprised with product availability & lead times as it relates to after market part sales.
  • Helps communicate regional demand throughout the matric organization to ensure consistency in the business planning and execution functions.
SKILLS:

Education/Experience:
  • This position typically requires a college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong MS Office skills especially in MS-Excel.
  • Must demonstrate strong leadership, initiative, interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • 1-2 years of experience is recommended.
