ABOUT THE POSITION
GTN Technical Staffing is currently seeking a DW/BI Developer/Architect for a Long-Term Contract need in DFW. Our client is a Microsoft Partner with clients all around the metroplex. The first project will be in Denton with an expected contract duration on the client site for 12 months.
The Data Warehouse (Big Data)/BI - Developer/Hands-on Architect must be at an architect-level for reviewing, designing, developing and optimizing SQL Packages, Access Methods, and complex Stored Procedures. The Data Warehouse (Big Data)/BI - Developer/Hands-on Architect will resolve Data Integrity and Access Issues within SQL Server 2008 R2/2012 Databases, as well as review and make recommendations on new applications and interfaces.
The Data Warehouse (Big Data)/BI - Developer/Hands-on Architect will focus on optimizing the database for data access efficiency and accuracy.
Review/make improvement suggestions in regard to hardcoded values/standards
