Shakaki Consulting is looking for SAP EDI Consultants for its client based out of NYC, NY.Project Duration: 6+ Months
Position Type: Contract
Location: Newyork,NYC
Mandatory Skills:
1. Hands on experience with IDocs in SAP, specifically inbound interfaces
2. Must have worked with different EDI File formats – EDIFACT, X12 etc,
3. Must know complete partner profile and distribution model configuration of IDocs
4. Must be familiar with the IDoc transaction codes and IDoc test tools in SAP
5. Must be able to configure inbound IDoc for different process areas – Like Customer Master, Material Master, Vendor Master, Orders, Advanced Shipment notices, (AFS material and order experience a plus)
6. Good knowledge of BADIs and user exits in inbound and outbound processing of those IDoc process areas
7.Hands on experience in ABAP
8. Good communication skills – as the candidate will be interacting with different teams
Desired Skills
1. Some exposure to Webmethods – as the middleware we are using is Webmethods
2. Consulting background and preparation of Mapping files
3. Some business process knowledge of Customer/Vendor/Material master data
