SAP REFX Consultant (Real Estate, TRM)
My customer in Saudi Arabia requires an SAP REFX Consultant to join their project in Riyadh as soon as possible.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
- 9+ years in SAP
- very good experience in playing Functional subject matter expert in SAP REFX business processes
- at least 4 full life cycle implementation of SAP REFX
- team leadership and BBP workshop leadership experience
- strong knowledge in Real Estate Search, Contract Management, Condition Adjustment, Space Management, Rent management, Lease Management, Service Charge Settlement
- integration with FICO, MM, PM and CRM
The ideal candidate will also have experience in TRM - Tenant Requirement Management.
SAP REFX Certification is an advantage
