PMO Planning Specialist/Planner, Infrastructure

Due to significant growth and expansion we are looking to hire a PMO Planning Specialist or PMO Planner to be based in London OR Edinburgh to focus on delivery to our local clients and customers.

Ideally you will have a background from within financial services though experience of working in complex Matrix-managed enterprise level environments will also be very useful.

Recently voted in the top 20 on the Sunday Times Hiscox Tech Track 100, this is a fantastic time to join our fast growing and expanding company.

Skills and Experience

Experience of planning on high level and business critical projects and programmes within enterprise level organisations.

  • Clear working examples of planning complex infrastructure programme delivery, within the PMO function
  • Proven ability to consult with major stakeholders and work closely with 3rd party suppliers to plan effectively and in complex detail
  • Facilitate key programme workshops
  • Planning Tools - MS Project, Niku Open Workbench, Suretrack, Primavera, Planview
  • Experience of working with Financial Services organisations.
  • PRINCE2, ITIL certification.
