I have a new and exciting role working with prime services of this global investment bank. My client is looking for a strong production support specialist to provide Level 2 support to various bespoke and vendor based applications across a global infrastructure. You will have a number of years working within prime services or equities, dealing with root cause analysis and major incidents and production issues. You will have excellent technical skills as well as the ability to work with various stakeholders and driving the business unit forward. This role requires both strong technical and business knowledge applicants will only be considered on this basis.
