Description
A health care company with global reach and committed to scientific advancement are looking to appoint a Primary Planner as part of the Supply Chain team. The role will be based in the UK and requires someone to fufill the following responsibilities• Define and manage the manufacturing plan
• Review monthly RFC and lead the monthly capacity review
• Release Process Orders and track progress
• Maintain planning master data to accurately model Liverpool supply operations
• Proactively manage and communicate risks and consequences associated with plan
• Issue trackers on and off site weekly.
• Input data to Global Supply Chain SCIM system
• Represent Supply Chain at operational meetings and lead Supply Chain topics
• Contribute to overall Supply Chain functional excellence
• Provide cover, as required
• Take on an appropriate share of departmental support activities (training, SAP data housekeeping, new materials introduction, lead one of the weekly processes)
• Support Weekly Materials review process
• Evaluate and Implement Change Control / DR actions which impact Supply Chain Materials
Minimum requirements
• The successful candidate is likely to have an degree in a suitable discipline or significant experience in a responsible supply chain or procurement role.
• A self-starter who is able get accurate information from a variety of sources and make appropriate decision in a logical manner.
You will have the ability to work with significant independence in a small team environment and will be detail conscious and numerically accurate.
