Lead Cisco Engineer- Voice - UCCE/UCCH/CVP and CUCM - Amsterdam
Cisco UCCE/UCCE/UCCH/CVP/CUCM/Call Center/Contact Center/Cisco/UCCE/UCCE/UCCH/CVP/CUCM
An experienced UCCE/UCCH engineer is required for a global services company to join a well-established Cloud Contact Cisco department. To be successful you must have proven experience of designing and supporting Cisco UCCE/UCCH/CVP and CUCM.
Technical Skills required:
Proven experience in Contact Center support as 2nd or 3rd-line engineer.
Extensive Cisco UCCE/UCCH/ICM/CVP/CUCM experience
Experience in designing Call Center solutions
Experience in setting up voice and data networks.
Strong communication skills and a team player.
As a lead engineer you will be involved in the technical design of networks, services, system architecture as well as the development and integrations of our overall solutions. Activities will include in depth' analyses, design, development, testing integration and ongoing maintenance and support.
