Equipment Engineer Patch

Introduction

The Industrial Engineering role is part of the sector development. The Equipment Engineer is responsible for driving the service requirements into the early design of the products (Reliability, Availability & Serviceability).

Job Mission

Job mission is to improve the quality of patch introduction, with main focus on documentation and test results.

Job Description

Assist the software release project leader with introducing patches for one of the products. Review Patch documentation. Inventory of service packs content. Publish patch information on Intranet. Prepare service packs content for publication. Review test plans and test results. Help in arranging beta test sites. Create beta test results documentation

Education

Higher Technical College/Technical University graduate in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Optics/Physics, Computer Science or Mathematics.

Experience

Preferably experience in a technical high-tech environment. Affinity with software and processes.

Personal skills

Team player with excellent communication and writing skills in English. Customer focus, analytical skills, flexible attitude and commitment are key for this role.
