Excellent knowledge of LDAP protocol as the solution is heavily based on ldap-queries.
General MS ADAM knowledge required (tools, backup, schema, replication, etc..) as the solution is based on this LDAP

Excellent Oracle Access Manager 11g (or previous versions) knowledge ( AccessGates, WebGates, Policies, etc..)

Good web-services knowledge required as the solution is tightly integrated with other applications using OAM(identity) as web-service provider.

Knowledge of IIS as the solution uses this web-server to provide admin interface. And EBL web applications are using IIS with OAM to create a PEP.

SSL, Perl, Java, C, Apache, HTTP protocol tracing-knowledge is an advantage.
One of the 2 languages ( French/Dutch) is a plus but English is mandatory.
Having a knowledge in Java and or .NET are a plus
