C++ Software developer - Contract Cork.
My client a leader in their own respected field are in urgent need of a talented C++ Developer to join them on a contract basis for 6-12 months.
You will be part of the team that is responsible for the software development of Cloud based services within a division of my clients firm. You will monitor the daily progress against the project's backlog and will actively participate in the group and project meetings. You will also be responsible for assisting in the creation of project backlogs and general project design.
Successful candidates will have strong programming skills in C++/C in a Unix-like environment; Strong design and modelling skills. You will have Multi-threading and events-based programming experience. Experience with high availability system and also Experience with network protocols including IP, TCP, HTTP.
