My Public Sector client are keen to take on an experience Workforce Planning Analyst for an ASAP start. Previous Police experience would be ideal but not necessary.

Role requirements are as follows:
* Carry out a gap analysis to describe the key productivity challenges and suggest ways to overcome these;
* Create/design a productivity strategy and action plan for the organisation to ensure resources are used economically and effectively.
* Implement the strategy and action plan - designing implementation plans, and ensuring that any changes initiated by the strategic plan are reflected in areas such as budgeting and information/performance monitoring systems.
* Establish key success measures and a tracking system, including the development of analytical tools to drive performance improvement and enhance productivity
* Assess whether there are any tools that may help to assess the amount of police time spent on different activities.
