We are looking for a Helpdesk analyst to handle a new role in our client's organization. Our client is launching a patient portal for access to medical records, test results, etc. They need someone to handle email and phone support for the patients trying to access this new portal. They will be tasked with understanding the functionality of the patient portal and giving clear and accurate assistance to the patients using it. Creating FAQ documentation and escalating issues when appropriate are all part of the role.

Job Requirements:

  • 1+ Years of Helpdesk Experience.
  • Experience with support via email and phone.
  • Ability and willingness to quickly learn a new system and provide support of it.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Shift: M-F 10AM to 6:30PM shift.
