A 6 month contract as a Business Analyst is available with my client who are a global brand that you will recognize.
To secure the role you must be able to evidence experience of working in accordance with Enterprise Architecture principles and with joint (agile style) teams comprising business and IT experts to capture, validate and refine requirements. This will have allowed you to provide constructive advice, support and knowledge transfer to teams who may have been unfamiliar with such methodologies.
You will be facilitating positive outcomes in an environment where there may be strongly held views or a wide range of perspectives and you will need to use your excellent communication skills to take account of and manage these.You will provide constructive challenge to ensure consistency with the target operating model and Programme outcomes is reflected in requirements.
It shall be your job to identify issues and barriers to progress and provide expert advice to the Stream Leads on approaches to resolving these. The Process Redesign Stream Lead/Principal Business analyst will need your engagement to agree priorities, actions and timescales for defined pieces of work.
