Regulatory Design Analyst - Recovery Resolution Planning, Regulatory Reform, Operating Models
Our client, a financial services organisation, has an urgent requirement for a Regulatory Design Analyst to lead design activities across a large regulatory reform. The candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating organisation design and operating model design and will be expected to provide strategic analysis and regulatory insight in terms of RRP and structural reform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design activities across regulatory reform
- Provide SME knowledge on RRP and structural reform
- Develop materials to engage with regulators and stakeholders
- To ensure governance and controls are in place
- Develop organisation design and operating models
Essential Experience
- SME knowledge of RRP and structural regulatory reform
- Strong regulatory insight
- Previous experience of engaging with regulators
- Proven experience within global financial services industry
- Strong experience of working within a regulatory environment
- Proven operating model and organisational design experience
A financial services background is essential. Candidates without this necessary experience will not be considered.
