Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:• Participate in teams developing the product line and responsible for implementing intrinsic reliability in new products, packages and processes developments.
• Execute a thorough risk-analysis on the development of complex product/process/ package concepts based on FMEA analysis, knowledge of structural similarity rules and applicable quality specifications and translate this to a qualification strategy.
• Analyse and conclude on failures in reliability testing in co-operation with failure & material analysis. Develop the associated project management plan, monitor, control and report on project activities and quality
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Higher professional education (HBO) Physics, Electronics or Chemistry
• Some knowledge on IC reliability and IC technology or willingness to learn
• Expert knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, 6-Sigma, DoE, 8D etc)
• Analytical thinker, problem solver
• Good organisational and project leader skills with high level of independence
• Team worker with good communication skills in English.
• Strong in communication, interaction, presentation and reporting.
• Flexible in working off-office hours to assure realising commitments.
