The right individual will be an innovative thinker who consistently reaches for new and unusual solutions to business challenges.The CRM Developer's primary focus is on the delivery and implementation of Microsoft's Dynamics CRM Solution with high customer satisfaction. The CRM Developer will have deep technical and programming skills in Dynamics CRM that will allow him/her to perform these tasks. He/She will spend the majority of his/her time implementing solutions on behalf of BroadPoint customers.Responsibilities
- The CRM Developer's primary responsibilities include:
- Working with internal teams to establish the appropriate scope, deliverables, timetable, and other project requirements
- Implementation and deployment of Microsoft CRM 2013 and 2011
- Identification of creative approaches to meet requirements without the development of custom code
At a minimum, the CRM Developer should have:
4-plus years of experience in application consulting
BA/BS degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field;
experience is an appropriate substitute
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent written and verbal communication
He/She should also possess the following:
- Demonstrated effectiveness in managing projects in terms of quality, timeliness, initiative, motivation, and team interaction
- Experience with asp.net, C#, and SQL Server
- Strong working knowledge of Internet technologies (CSS, HTML 5), web standards, and Internet protocols. Should also be well versed in client-side scripting (javascript)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server including experience with stored procedures, triggers, and SQL profiler
- Experience with software development methodologies and software development practices
- Experience with release management and source code management systems, Microsoft Team Foundation Server a plus
