Business Analyst investment banking (middle- and Back Office)
On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for a Business Analyst. For this contract position based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop functional specifications, presentations and documents according to requirements from business
- Analyse, design, test and support the implementation of technical solutions that address the changing functional requirements of the IRD's and FX/PM options business on a middle-Back Office related Murex platform
- Analysis, incident resolution and consulting tasks
- Involvement in 3rd level support for production issues
The skills and experience needed for this position are:
- Degree in Information Technology and/or Business Economics or equivalent
- Several years of experience in a similar role within a large financial institution in a trading/Back Office environment
- Solid knowledge of treasury or FX Back Office processing, focusing on OTC derivatives for FX and PM products as well as for IRD's and the MUREX (processing) platform
- Computer literacy and an interest in technical innovations (knowledge of XML (FPML) and SQL is a plus)
- Good communication skills in English, German would be an additional advantage
