Functional areas:
Siebel Order Management, Account Management, Service Management and Product Catalogue Day to day tasks
Responsibilities:
Understand end to end functional requirement,
Architecting complex Siebel solution
Gap analysis, Functional design, Technical design
Siebel configuration/customization changes at high level, HLD
Ascertain high level changes in surrounding impacted systems (eg Integration layer, data migration, Siebel etc) and guidance
Guide teams who are impacted by gap solution
Understand and guide by understating as-is Siebel design. Guide team in LLD
Leads the team and own delivery responsibility
