Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is a team player to work with the Data Collections and Reporting unit of the Client in all phases of the data collection process.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Gather, develop, coordinate and maintain business requirements for various projects and or systems from initial phase to final implementation, assuring requirements met standards.
- Assist in maintenance and communication of project status reports and tracking
- Develop use cases and functional specifications and coordinate the capture of process models and functional testing, ensuring system is functionally appropriate, technically sound, and well integrated
- Develop and manage user acceptance criteria
- Coordinate the process to analyze, evaluate, implement, and maintain systems developed internally and or externally.
- Assist in the development of project definitions, cost/benefit and risk analysis, work plans, progress reports, and presentations.
- Assist in establishing end user training.
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration
- 1-3 years business analyst experience working with large datasets
- Experience using query tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft office products to include Word, EXCEL, Access, and PowerPoint
