I am currently recruiting for a T&C Supervisor for an initial 2 month contract.
Profile:
Qualified to QCA Level 4 as a minimum standard.
Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a T&C role focusing on pensions, investments, protection and mortgages.
Direct experience of interpretation of technical information from the regulator and influencing management to adopt relevant changes in a compliant T&C Scheme.
Some background in carrying out client file checks on a post-sale basis with some pre sale checking experience.
Knowledge of industry wide T&C requirements in particular for restricted or IFA advisers.
