TIBCO, JAVA, SOA, J2EE and architecture
Montreal Associates are urgently looking for a TIBCO +JAVA Architect Specialist for a 6 month assignment in Brussels.

TIBCO Principal Responsibilities:
- Assist projects and ensure an effective architecture attention.
- Able to make deep dives into inter domain issues and facilitate a solution in conjunction with stakeholders (mostly IT, Infrastructure, and Business)
- Develop an application target architecture to meet the business requirement
- Envision the integration issues with different systems and prevent before implementation
- Focus on Technical reference dimension but also cover all technical aspects from IT strategy to decisions about application
- Focus on both Business and Application operational dimensions and help business projects defining how applications should support business processes, by choosing existing application components and services and by defining required integrations
- Bringing the project or projects to satisfactory completion while observing rules defined for executing the projects
- Ensuring risks are managed and monitored
- Identifying and analysing risks as well as taking action aimed at eliminating or reducing them
- Notify the project team of any risks detected which would jeopardise the objectives of the project (scope/deadlines/costs)
Experience:
- Experience on distributed systems and knowing how things are interacting (Java/J2EE, SOA, ESB, BPMS, Mobile)
- Oversee architecture assistance in projects to ensure that they receive an effective architecture attention.
- Ensure that the description and update of the current and target IT architecture are done with consistency, relevance and quality
- At least 5 years of experience of conducting projects in a functional and technical environment
- Taking on the various activities associated in managing and monitoring a integration and assembly of applications (planning, reporting, coordinating the players, chairing work groups, risk analysis, defining work around and aftercare solutions, recommended areas for improvement etc
- Improving overall quality of the project deliveries while optimising productivity and reducing costs
- Assist in organisational, functional and technological changes
- Uniformly monitoring the proper conduct of all builds
