emagine consulting is seeking an experienced Program Manager for our client, the world's leading Travel IT organisation.

The initial role is the ongoing support of a major Airline System migration ensuring effective communication and collaboration between the customer, business and development teams.

This will include:
PMO oversight and day to day management
Creating Dashboard Reports and Graphs in Excel - importing data from SharePoint
Administering Users, Creating Lists to be Sources of Truth in SharePoint
Creation and implementation of efficient administrative processes
Gaining user buy in and effective process use
Generating a project culture of collaboration and confidence in the systems as sources of truth'
Requirements management
System use issue resolution
Issue escalation
Communication with end client, Status updates, tracking, sizing, timing and referencing

The role needs a consultant with:
5+ years' experience setting up and running PMOs
Experience in Passenger Airline IT
Strong credibility with users and customers
SharePoint expertise including use administration
Strong skills with Excel
Fluent in English
Quick to adapt
Available to travel
