1 year renewable contract - right to hire for IT Help desk analyst.

Candidate should have AAS Degree and or A+ or Net+ Certification. Ideal candidate will have prior help desk experience. This is phone support for troubleshooting issues such as PC connectivity, Printer and iphone issues. This will be a 4 - 10 hour day work week to include one weekend day. The hours are 6:30 pm to 5:30 AM.

Call center experience (any amount) Customer Service related experience IBM AIX/UNIX/Linux (novice to expert) CISCO CCNA (or other Network experience such as Network +) COMPTIA A+ WINDOWS ADMINISTARTION Remedy/Service Now/other incident management systems, onsite itnerviews required.

Candidates must pass a 20 year criminal background check and standard drug screen.
