Business Analyst - ITIL, Service Management, Windows, Lync
My client, a world renowned global organisation based in Prague is seeking a Business Analyst with a strong background in Service Management, the successful candidate will ensure the service is fully integrated with the infrastructure processes based on the define Process Use Cases.
o Identifying Use Cases and testing with Process Walkthroughs with the purpose of:
o To ensure a common understanding of the Service
o To ensure the Service is fully integrated with the GIS Backbone Processes based on the defined Process Use Cases
o To get clarity and agreement to the Service-specific main principles per process in scope
o To get clarity and agreement to the Service-specific Roles and Responsibilities per process in scope
o To identify and prioritize any existing gaps
o Defining the new IT Service for ODB with the purpose of:
o To ensure early visibility of the IT Service, its purpose, the requirements put against it by its intended consumers, and how Service Development answers those
o To ensure all components of the IT Service are recognized, documented and addressed during the project
o To provide a comprehensive overview of the IT Service and all its components in relation to People, Processes, and Tools/Technology at the time of handover to production
o Documenting the service-specific activities with the purpose of:
o Capture use cases and associated tasks validated in the Process Walkthrough workshops in a 'Service Operations Manual'
o Ensure each operational role is aware about its tasks and responsibilities and able to repeat outcomes on the same level of quality
