Business Analyst - Senior, ITIL Expert, Infrastructure
My client, a world renowned global organisation based in Prague is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with an outstanding IT Service Management background. The successful candidate will have ITIL Expert certification and a background in the development and implementation of infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities are as follows:
- Align with Global Process Owners and Analyze current as-is state of ITIL administration processes within the business unit and the current ITIL processes at the organizational level
-Lead the service manager in designing "to be" ITIL administration processes for the organization as well as Global Process on boarding where feasible.
-Organize, structure and drive process alignment meetings with technical service area experts and service managers as well as the department managers from the service areas aligned in the process framework
-Create and align the roles and role descriptions as well as define the time and costs associated with the new processes for the service management framework of the organization
-Develop all official SOPs (processes), Service Blueprint, SOM Process Documentation and supporting process documentation for qualification within the project for the service area.
-Ensure that the defined processes and their tools align with the needs of the organization and demonstrate the impact of procedures and their effect on the organizational unit.
-Drive the acceptance and implementation of the newly designed processes and their tools within the organization.
-Communicates, tracks, and reports progress of the process development to the project manager and service managers
-Plans and performs analysis of company functions, processes, and activities to improve computer-based business applications for the most effective use of money, materials, equipment, and people.
-Utilizes available computer systems resources and personnel to carry out analysis to support management's quest for performance improvement.
