Role
The main responsibility for the PO administrator will be to place purchase orders from order tool VCMS and PO mailbox covering external resources like time & material/software & hardware/management consultants/maintenance & operations/development. The responsibility also includes monitoring and resolving any issues within the purchase-to-pay (P2P) flow within the Group Technology IT Unit.
We are looking for a candidate that is quick up to speed and that quickly can begin to work independently. The person will receive a knowledge transfer of current admin team but is expected to be up and running quickly.
Skills
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge
- Knowledge SAP, SRM
- Knowledge of SharePoint
- Fluent in English written and verbal
- Strong administrative skills
- Use to work with different organisations and large companies
- Good Social skills
- At least 2 years working experience with similar tasks
