Our client requires an administrator for an initial 4 week contract based in Livingston (watermark)
We will be looking for this person to support us with the following:
Contacting delegates to invite to training sessions
* Basic responses to customer emails through the central inbox
* Answering customer calls and taking messages/answering basic queries
* Managing delegate accepts/declines for training sessions
* Stocking trainer tool kits
* Printing/Scanning
* Basic use of our Learning Management System
Looking for someone who works efficiently, good verbal and written communication, good Microsoft skills (word/excel) and can easily follow instructions with accuracy.
Team Fit:
* Will be working alongside 2 other co-ordinators
* Communication skills are important as this person will have to answer calls/respond to emails.
* Looking for someone who is "friendly and open"
