Radio Frequency R&D Expert - Dublin (Contract)
We are currently looking for an experienced person in the field of RF R&D to join up with our client in Dublin on a long term project.
Our clients R&D have been trying to explore the leading technology in rapid RF parameter optimisation, to promote network performance and cut down network O&M cost.
The Radio Frequency R&D Expert will be responsible for;
- Guidance and direction in key technological trends of automated Radio Frequency planning and optimisation.
- High performance RF parameter planning and optimisation algorithm design to improve UL/DL coverage and capacity.
- High performance coverage prediction algorithm design.
- Discussing with customers the requirements and presenting them to stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications from the Radio Frequency R&D Expert;
- Masters or higher degree in Computer science, software architecture, communications
- 15+ years industry experience with 8+ in R&D in wireless network planning and optimisation, network planning and optimisation tool design.
- In-deep knowledge of the algorithm design of network planning, simulation, propagation model, coverage prediction etc.
- Experience of software developing with one of the following languages: C/C++, Matlab, Java, C#
