Description
A Resource Manager is urgently required by a leading Investment Bank based in London to work within their IT division. This will be a 12 months maternity cover position starting ASAP.
As the Resource Manager you take a proactive role in managing demand and supply of resources and the smooth management of the processes supported by a Resource Analyst.
The successful Resource Manager will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience of working as a Resource Manager or equivalent within a financial organisation
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Ability to work under pressure at peak times
- Strong business acumen and financial awareness
- Understanding of ITIL
