Scope of the Project/Top Daily Responsibilities:
- California remediation (DOI plan rejection) project support, including coordinating impacted plans benefits configuration updates, retro claims processing, and progress/metrics reporting.
- California remediation (plan assignment correction) project supporting, including benefits configuration update tracking, claims impact analysis, and retro claims adjustment progress/metrics reporting.
- Dell denial data analytics & management, including refining the original baseline data compilation/assessment, comparison to Colorado/Georgia/Hawaii, and reporting requirements assessment.
- Dell discretionary configuration hours tracking validation, including input to Dell on optimal tracking model, validation workflow, and metrics reporting requirements assessment.
- Active strategy E2E workflow redesign, including how automation will reduce the number of hands off, as well as data entry, QA, and follow-ups with regions/vendors.
- NARIS E2E workflow solution proposal, including meeting coordination, options development, agreement documentation, and PP/workflow document updates.
- Project meeting attendance fill in, including calendar management, meeting notes documentation, and action item follow-ups.
Note:
This is a business analyst position not a data analyst position. Contractor must be able to understand the business side to make sense of the data.
What I am really looking for is a resource who can take raw data or information pieces and compile/assess/translate into meaningful summary, data trends observations, and action plans.
Required Skills (Must Have; list on resume):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 4 years' relevant experience
- Healthcare business operations experience (ie revenue cycle, claims administration, product management, etc.); without this experience you will be rejected
- Clear and concise communication (verbal and written)
- QA error corrections
- PowerPoint presentation development
- Data analytics
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills - pivot tables, V-lookups, data imports
- Claims operations management
- Dashboard reporting
- Must have healthcare experience on either provider or insurer side; without healthcare experience you will be rejected
