Position Type: 6M Contract
Hourly/Salary: up to $60 W2
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Required (CS is preferred, but not required)

ABOUT THE POSITION
GTN Technical Staffing is searching for a VB6 Developer for a 6M contract opportunity in Irving, TX. The VB6 Developer will work with Legacy systems and complete some testing and maintenance, as well as some functionality enhancements. This role will be focused on UI development using VB6. Our client is looking for a motivated self-starter who doesn't need hand holding to get the job done.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of experience in the following skill sets
- VB6/Visual Basic 6.0 - Development/Support/Integration/Testing/Troubleshooting
- SQL Server - Functions/Triggers/Stored Procedures
- UI Development with VB6 Tools
- Excellent Communication (Written/Verbal)
PREFERRED (but not required)
- Healthcare/Benefits Administration Experience
