The Role:

This role reports to the CS Team Leader and will be based out of the Network House. This role will be an entry level role such as a trainee or a student and will be working along with the teams in AWBS and Network House. The main responsibilities include:

• Logging all help desk calls on Allied Shared Services Center and update and follow up the calls to completion within the agreed SLAs.
• Provide phone support to dedicated CS phones during the business hours.
• Understanding the CS desk priorities and objectives and taking an active role in accomplishing these objectives.
• First point of contact for all type of queries from the Global Allied staff regarding their sickness, holidays, scheduling etc
• Manage and communicate the scheduling of the Global Resource Team
• Co-ordinate with the Travel Desk and ensure that travel requests are processed in a timely manner and we are meeting client expectations.
• Book absences on ARIA (Allied Resourcing Tool) and ensure it is communicated to the concerned managers/HR.

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

• 0-1 years of relevant experience (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Help Desk as a function (desirable).
• Ability to interact and communicate clearly with people over the telephone, in a polite and professional manner.
• Excellent email etiquette.
• Ability to work independently and/or in a team
• Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
