Product Manager in Mobile Comms – Must be fluent in German & English
Managing the IT solution for a number of service requests, gathering and consolidation of business and IT requirements; organize the project from initial analysis until launch.
Must have excellent experience in Telecomms IT architectures and applications; allied to strong knowledge of the mobile telecomms industry.
But in particular:
- End to End (E2E) understanding & experience of relevant business, IT environment and processes specific to Telefónica
The role will involve: continuous prioritization, selection, evaluation, analysis and implementation of all requests from business units. This includes a transparent communication in terms of scope, quality, time and budget on all topics across all phases of the product development cycle. Ensure realistic expectation management on business demand side. Multi-project-management with optimal cost-benefit-ratio.
Tasks & Responsibilities: Act as interface between technology units to business demand unit . Early involvement in creation of new products or projects, delivering insights into technology trends, making proactive suggestions for intelligent solutions responsible for input into PD process and execution of cost estimation overall responsibility for the scope requested by demand (Business, CS, Fraud, Legal, TO) and define requirements Responsible for register the project for gatings for dedicated PDP-phases (eg IA, FA) responsible for budget, which is needed for the upcoming gating Accompanying of product development from scratch to delivery Steering project through the PDP (Gating).
