Description
Description:- Provide technical and operational support to other departments and teams as required in support of business objectives.
- Provide 24 x 7 on call support as part of a scheduled rotation with other team members.
- Provide troubleshooting for applications and systems.
- Will be providing daily maintenance/troubleshooting & operations on the Nokia OSS platform.
- Apply patches and upgrades to operating systems and layered software as required
SKILLS:
Required Qualifications:
- Nokia OSS Administration and Troubleshooting expertise.
- Knowledge and understanding about OSS Applications and 2G/3G/4G Network Elements.
- IP/Cisco Certification
- Will need experience within the UNIX OS & Oracle database
