Looking for an candidate who can work independently and is able to operate and maintain laboratory instruments and autoclave, monitor experiments, make observations, keep accurate records and results, and often generate conclusions.SKILLS:
Required Skills:
- Must have LABORATORY EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE TO CONDUCT MICROBIOLOGICAL EXPERIMENTATION, serial dilutions, media preparation, inoculation, and working with food pathogens
- Individual is familiar with basic scientific principles and has had laboratory experience.
- Must be able to follow written direction and maintain a laboratory notebook.
- Must have good communication skills and be computer literate.
- GMP, GLP, FDA, RCRA, and OSHA knowledge may be required.
Must have 1-3 years experience in lab tech work. Preferably in microbiology.
- Bachelor's Degree in Science/Microbiology/Biology Minimum
- Master's Degree in Science/Microbiology/Biology is preferred.
