Business Analyst - Front Office - Middle Office - Back Office - London - £360pd
McGregor Boyall is currently recruiting for a Business Analyst for an Energy trading house leading organisation based in the heart of central London. The Business Analyst will work within their margin and risk team to run reports across client broker's account. They are implementing a system to help generate their reports. They consolidate a number of Legacy systems into one strategic system. Due to a large amount of growth and success within the department this position has been made available.
Key Responsibilities:
- End to end project life cycle
- Managing senior stake holders from both business and IT
- Strong proven investigative and analytical skills using a variety of standard techniques
- Strong knowledge of the energy market, how it functions and operates, specific knowledge of fuel procurement, logistics and supply or hedging assets, forecasting and trading risk management would be advantageous.
- In depth knowledge of business process analysis and design techniques, including the use of modelling and collaborative tools. knowledge of standard methods and technique, with the ability to select the appropriate approach for a particular assignment
