Contract Opportunity
The Inside Business Development Representative initiates sales campaigns, marketing campaigns and event follow ups.
Briefly discuss the use of products, emphasizing product features based on analyses of customers' needs, to C-Level Corporate Tax Executives.
Work in a team environment to ensure qualified leads are transitioned to outside sales teams for account development.
Maintain contact information of prospects as well as record sales potential and next steps in the sales process.
Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods and techniques, and appointment setting and closing ability is a plus.
Qualifications:
4 year college degree is a plus but not required
1-2 years previous phone sales experience is a plus
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
Ability to understand and communicate technical benefits of our tax software solutions
Ability to apply sales concepts to obtain desired result
Proficient with personal computers and familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems is a plus
Must be able to work standard business hours M-F 8am - 5PM
