One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Java Developer.
Please find some details below:
We work with scrum; however, we come from waterfall which means that every member of the team
still has its own "role".
As a developer you should have experience with a coulple of things listed below,
*=required, +=very nice to have or you will have to learn it, -=optional.
Development Languages:
* Java (version 5 is currently used, but some applications are already upgraded)
* basic HTML
*/+ BTT (The application runs on IBM WebSphere with BTT, most people learn it while working here)
+ JSP
+ JSTL
+ JavaScript (JQuery)
+ CSS
+ XML
+ JUnit (Testing)
- Ant
Applications:
* IBM RAD (Rational Application Developer) as development environment with WebSphere as server (or eclipse with tomcat but it has reduced functionallity)
+ Dimensions (source control system, most learn it while working)
+ Being able to debug in the different browsers (you are building a web-application)
- Jenkins (deploying code to Test environment)
- Toad
Non Functional:
+ English (we have team members from different countries and therefore all communication is in English)
+ Agile Scrum
