Business Change for a Major BSS Project - UKManning Global, is urgently looking for a Business Change for a Major BSS Project for our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, to be based in the UK on a Contract basis.

Main Responsibilities
He/she will lead the Business Change definition for a specific organization of the BSS solution related.
He/she will be responsible for the correct identification of customer requirements and correct
communication of those to each department of client team.
He/she will ensure that the business Changed architecture is designed well.
He/she will ensure the application architecture, design and implementation conforms to the business
and system requirements of the related module.
He/she will be responsible for providing all internal and external documentation relating to the solution.
He/she will be responsible for reviewing detailed design documents and interface agreements.
Note that this position will require extensive time working at the customer site.
Essential knowledge/skills:
Hand on Business change work from End to End in the past related to BSS.
Knowledge of best industry practices in requirements gathering and business organization architecture.
Ability to manage customer workshops.
Ability to manage and control customer expectations focusing on minimizing customisation.
Ability to work across cultural and organizational boundaries, and operate successfully in an intense
business environment.
Ability to work with customers, internal business unit organizations, and third party vendors.
Ability to perform job functions to standards under pressure of tense/confrontational situations.
Ability to remain calm and courteous with demanding/difficult customers and/or situations.
Ability to provide concise and clear, written and verbal reports.
Ability to present technical information to audiences with a wide range of technical knowledge.
Ability to work independently.
Fluent communication in English.
Knowledge of eTom and ITIL is desirable.
Proven experience of business analysis and business process definition is highly desirable and could
lead to consideration of a Business Analyst role.
Essential experience:
Proven Business change experience within major BSS integration projects.
Essential qualification(s):
Diploma, degree or above in a relevant technical discipline.
