Oracle & PowerCenter Developer - Informatica PowerCenter, DWH, ALM, OBIEE, DAC, Banking

Randstad IT Professionals is actively looking for a Oracle & PowerCenter Developer for one of our major clients, a global bank headquartered in Zurich for their global Treasury DWH applications and projects.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • A challenging position with responsibilities in planning, design and development of robust software for Treasury Asset Liability Management (ALM) and Liquidity requirements in a project with close interaction and relation to Treasury Business and its banking products
  • A dynamic environment working with the Treasury DWH. This DWH is used for assessing risk exposures, liquidity and cash flow modelling for stress tests and scenario analysis, and populates transactions and banking products to the accounting statements on a daily basis
  • The opportunity to design and build solutions in a complex and time critical environment to fulfil the new requirements of the liquidity program, Treasury Business and regulatory requirements
  • The chance to work within a highly capable international team

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Graduate degree in Computer Science, equivalent education or qualifying experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Oracle (queries, optimization, PL/SQL, partitioning, indexing)
  • Extensive knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter (version 8.6.1 or higher)
  • Sound experience in Unix (including Shell Scripting)
  • Working experience in large DWH environments, datamart design experience as a plus
  • OBIEE development experience (RPD, webcat)
  • DAC (Datawarehouse Administration Console) experience is a plus
  • Java experience
  • Banking experience
  • Proactive and reliable personality suited to working independently or with a team
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written), German as a plus
