For our customer in the Munich Telecommunications sector, Germany we are currently searching for an Python Developer (w/m)Project Start:asap
Project duration:6 Months
Location: Munich
About the work
• We’re automating many aspects of our workflow; that means building apps that talk to existing systems (proprietary as well as open-source) via a variety of mechanisms
• We use Python for our apps, and while we understand that a good programmer can pick up any language, the ability to hit the ground running on Python will be an advantage.
Responsibilities will include:
• Write clean, maintainable and efficient code
• Design robust, scalable and secure features
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Follow best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, code standards)
Requirements
• 7 years of software development experience
• Expert knowledge of Python, preferably v3
• Good knowledge of API technologies, such as WSDL and transport mechanisms as HTTP
• Experience working on a Unix/Linux environment
• Experience working with version control systems, such as Git
• Passion for writing great, simple, clean, efficient code
• Knowledge of relational databases and data structures
