Description
Our Fortune 500 client needs two associates to unpack and setup computer hardware and peripherals at their contact center in the greater Cleveland area.Responsiblities will include:
-Receiving, unboxing and racking of computer equipment
-Deploying and retrieving PCs and accessories from customer's desks
-Boxing, scanning and prepping of equipment for shipping
-Replacing of PC peripherals (Mouse, Keyboard, etc.)
Required:
- Ability to lift and transport computer equipment, up to 70 pounds
- Proficiency in basic computer operations
- Organization and time management skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work with resources at all levels of the organization
